Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Health Station iPhone app and this website. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, who it goes to, and how to ask us to delete it. Health Station is a family-owned shop at 20657 Golden Springs Dr UNIT 109, Diamond Bar, CA 91789.

What the app collects

• Contact details you give at checkout. Your first name, plus a phone number or an email address. Your name goes on your order ticket so staff know whose order it is. We use your phone number or email to reach you if there’s a problem with your order and to send your receipt.
• Your orders. What you ordered, when, the total, and your pickup time. We use this to make your order, show you its status, handle refunds, and keep the shop’s sales records.
• A device identifier. The app makes a random ID the first time you open it and keeps it on your phone. It lets your phone see the status of orders placed from it, and helps us stop abuse, such as too many order attempts in a short time. It isn’t your Apple ID or your phone’s advertising identifier, and we don’t use it to track you across other apps or websites.
• Crash and error reports. If the app crashes or something fails, it sends us a technical report, such as your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and what went wrong, so we can fix it. These reports leave out your name, phone number, email and card details.

Payments

When you pay by card, you enter your card details in Square’s secure payment form. Apple Pay payments are handled by Apple and Square. Your full card number never reaches us: we keep only the card brand and the last four digits, so we can show which card you used for an order or a refund.

Who we share it with

• Square processes payments and runs the shop’s register. Your order, your first name, and your phone number or email go to the shop’s Square account so staff can see and make your order. Square’s privacy notice

• Supabase hosts the servers and the database that store your orders. Supabase’s privacy policy
• Sentry receives the crash and error reports described above. Sentry’s privacy policy

We don’t sell your information or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as the shop needs them for its accounting and taxes.

Deleting your information

To ask us to delete your contact details, call us at (626) 257-8441 or ask at the counter. We’ll delete or anonymize your name, phone number and email. We keep the order and payment records themselves, without your contact details, because the shop needs them for accounting.

This website

This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or any other tracking, so it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. It’s hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. Cloudflare’s privacy policy

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
